Congrats to both Dan and David. They put in a huge effort in the off season for both strength training and wrestling.
Dan Spurgeon started training with a cast on for the begging part of his off season. Dan didn’t make an excuses and got to work even with a severe injury to his hand last year.
David worked his butt off to gain weight for football as well to keep on size so he could compete at a high level for 285. His work ethic is second to none in the weight room.
The best is yet to come from these fine young men.
Congrats!
