It was a great weekend for the Big Red. We had a doubleheader on Saturday, starting with a 1 p.m. match at Hofstra, and then culminating in a 6 p.m. Ivy League faceoff at Columbia. Over the course of the day, our guys only gave up eight offensive points.

The answer to your question is neither one.
When preparing the quick preview I wanted to avoid any semblance of NYS bias. Therefore, I allowed the NCAA determined seedings to be the determining factor.
Favorites= A Wrestler that received a top-8 seed
Unseeded Sleepers= A Wrestler that did not receive a top-12 seed, but did something during the year to make an impression on me.
Because both Lou and Corey received #9 seeds, they were not eligible to be included on either list
I hold both young men in high regard and wish them the best of luck on the remainder of the 2009 NCAA tournament.
